Surface hydrocarbon contaminations negatively affect the image quality and analysis of features, and are significant barriers to the observation and study of fine feature sizes and surface structures.
The ZONE systems are easy to use, can clean multiple samples simultaneously – including multiple sample holder designs, cleans the sample expediently (most samples are cleaned in less than 15 minutes) and serves as a vacuum desiccator to preserve the cleanliness of samples and holders, and avoid recontamination from the environment.
